Biografía:
Shelby Lynne nació el 22 de octubre de 1968 en Quantico, Virginia. Además de cantante es compositora y actriz eventual. En el año 2001 ganó un Grammy a Mejor Nueva Artista, a pesar de que en esa época ya había lanzado 5 trabajos al mercado.
Tanto su padre (líder de un grupo en Jackson. Alabama) como su madre (profesora de armonía) inculcaron en Shelby y en su hermana Allison Moorer (también cantante) el amor por la música. Cuando la familia vivía en un pueblecito de Alabama llamado St.
