Sebastian Bach (Freeport, Bahamas — 3 de abril de 1968), nacido como Sebastian Philip Bierk, es un cantante de heavy metal canadiense, más conocido por ser el ex vocalista de Skid Row.
Nació en Freeport, Bahamas, y fue criado en Peterborough, Canadá. Asistió al colegio cercano Lakefield College School. A pesar de los rumores su apellido sigue siendo legalmente "Bierk" y no "Bach". Él y su esposa Maria Bierk tienen tres hijos: Paris, London y Sebastiana.
