Sean Fournier

Broken Stereo Acoustic

by Sean Fournier
Sean Fournier

Biografía:

Sean Fournier is a singer/songwriter whose sound stretches across folk, pop, and rock. He taught himself how to play guitar when he was 17 years old and began to write songs shortly after. Throughout the years, Fournier's style developed into a lyrically-driven love letter filled with his experiences and stories.

With catchy melodies and "ain't that the truth" lyrics, Sean hopes the listener can relate to his music and put words to a feeling they previously couldn't put their finger on.

Intro:

G
(Bounce on top string)

Verse:

G Am
Why do you look so glum? Are you breaking
C
behind the smile that I know you're faking?
G Am C
It is no surprise. I see it in your eyes.
Am C
And they just don't lie.

Chorus:

G Am C G
If your life was a broken stereo, I'd be music to your ears
Am C
and your fears would be drowned in my audio. You don't hear me though.
G Am
And I'd shed light on your worst-case scenario.
C G
When you're crawling through the dark,
Am C
my spark would light the way back home. You don't see me though.
G Am C G Am C
And we could be so good. Yeah we could be so good.

Verse:
G Am
Why do you look so glum? Where you weeping
C
and letting go of dreams that you know you should be keeping?
G Am C
'Cause once you let them go, they're gone.
Am C
But I can help you hold on.

Chorus:

Bridge:

G Am
I'm in your vicinity, but you do not consider me.
C
Met you once or twice, but you probably don't remember me
G Am
'cause I go undiscovered. You confuse me for another.
C
I make faces in your faceless crowd.
Am C
And I've been screaming out loud.

Chorus:

Outro:

G Am C
Cause I'm in your vicinity, but you do not consider me.
G Am C
Cause I'm in your vicinity, but you do not consider me.
G Am C
Cause I'm in your vicinity, but you do not consider me.
G Am C
Cause I'm in your vicinity, but you do not consider me.
