Biografía:
Rednex son una banda de estilo Eurodance de nacionalidad sueca. Desde el primer álbum, salieron a la fama internacionalmente, muy de moda en la década noventera, con las canciones Cotton Eyed Joe y Old pop in A Oak.
Rednex fue una invención de los productores suecos Janne Ericsson, Örjan "Öban" Öberg, y Pat Reiniz quien decidió la mezcla de la música country con el Eurodance; génere musical, en aquel año, muy de moda en Europa y parte de Sudamérica.
