Lydia Lunch (nacida como Lydia Koch el 2 de junio, 1959 en Rochester, Nueva York) es cantante, poeta, escritora, y actriz norteamericana.
Después de llegar en New York a la edad de 16 años, Lydia estuvo en una gran casa comunal de artistas y músicos en NYC, compartiendo con Kitty Bruce, hija de Lenny Bruce. Su apellido "Lunch" se lo ganó gracias a sus frecuentes robos de comida para sus amigos artístas.
