Biografía:
Nacido el 12 de enero de 1941 en Londres, Long John Baldry fue un fenómeno británico que supuso un impacto en la cultura pop de su país aunque nunca logró conquistar la escena internacional. En los 60, formó Steampacket, un supergrupo con Rod Stewart, Julie Driscoll y Brian Auger. Más tarde formó Bluesology con el teclista Reg Dwight (que pronto se convertiría en Elton John). En 1964, los Beatles lo llevaron como invitado a los especiales de TV británica en 1964.
