Leslie West (nacido Leslie Weinstein, 22 de octubre de 1945) es un guitarrista de rock estadounidense, vocalista y compositor. Él es mejor conocido como miembro fundador de la banda de hard rock "Mountain".
West nació en la ciudad de Nueva York, se crió en Hackensack, Nueva Jersey, y en East Meadow, Forest Hills, y Lawrence(Nueva York). Después de que sus padres se divorciaron, él cambió su apellido por el de West. Su carrera musical comenzó con "The Vagrants"
