Lauren Alaina (nacida el 8 de Noviembre de 1994 como Lauren Alaina Suddeth), nativa de Rossville, Georgia, es una cantante americana y el segundo lugar de la décima temporada de American Idol, en la cual luchó hasta posicionarse en los favoritos de América. Alaina audicionó para el programa de televisión en Nashville, Tennesee donde se destacó entre millones de personas.
En la actualidad, ella es una estudiante de segundo año de la Secundaria Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe localizada en Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, donde es porrista.
