Krokus es un grupo suizo formado en 1976 por Chris von Rorh (bajo y voz), Jurg Naegli (teclados y bajo), Tommy Kieffer (guitarra), ampliado posteriormente con Heinz Friez (voz solista), que fue sustituido más tarde por Marc Storace (voz solista). Con Fredie Steady (batería) y Fernando von Arb (guitarra) y con los LP Painkiller (79) y Metal rendez-vous (80) obtuvieron sus primeros exitos en Gran Bretaña en 1980.
