Biografía:

Los integrantes del grupo "The Animals" eran originarios de la localidad portuaria de Newcastle-upon-Tyne en el noreste de Inglaterra. La creación del grupo data del 1962 cuando Eric Burdon se unió a la "Alan Price Rhythm and Blues Combo", que cambió desde entonces su nombre por el de "The Animals". Su música se basaba esencialmente en el blues y rhythm and blues y se dedicaban a hacer versiones de canciones de John Lee Hooker, Sam Cooke, Ray Charles, Nina Simone y Jimmy Reed.
