Shed Seven es uno de los grupos míticos de la ola británica del pop de los 90. Formada en York en 1990 y formada por Rick Witter (voz), Paul Banks (guitarra), Tom Gladwing (bajo) y Alan Leach (batería) han sido la bandera del brit-pop junto a otros grupos similares como Marion, Gene, Seahorses, The Charlatans o Bluetones, entre otros.
