Es un grupo de rock de Vancouver, Canadá. Además de rock, la banda puede interpretar otros estilos de música, como el country y el heavy metal. Está compuesto por el cantante Tyler Connolly, el guitarrista David Brenner y el bajista Dean Back.
Su sello actual es el perteneciente a Chad Kroeger (Nickelback)
La banda eligió el nombre original de la canción Last Song, un tema que Connolly tardó 7 años en escribir y que trata sobre un hombre que relata sus vivencias pasadas antes de suicidarse.
