Biografía:
The View es una banda de indie rock formada por 4 integrantes procedenetes de Dryburgh, un pequeño distrito en Dundee, Escocia. Son parte de la escena musical desde comienzos del 2005, siendo teloneros de reconocidos artistas como Babyshambles, Primal Scream, Kasabian y The Undertones. Al principio la agrupación se estableció en un pequeño pub local conocido como The Bayview, que más tarde insipiraría al nombre de la banda. Poco después, por motivos desconocidos se mudaron a The Doghouse
