Biografía:
Kaskade nació en 1972. En su juventud se mudó a Salt Lake City en 1992 para estudiar en la Universidad de Utah. Durante este periodo fue dueño y atendía una tienda de discos. En mayo de 2000, Kaskade se mudó a San Francisco y comenzó a trabajar como asistente de A&R para Om Records. Kaskade lanzó su primer sencillo, llamado "What I Say" bajo este sello discográfico en el 2001.
