Biografía:
Paul Banks nació en Essex, Inglaterra; el 3 de mayo de 1978 , cantante, letrista y guitarrista de Interpol lanzará un álbum solista bajo el pseudónimo de Julian Plenti, El nuevo proyecto llamado 'Skyscraper' ('Rascacielos') salio a la venta el 4 de agosto del 2009. Banks ha escrito e interpretado con el pseudónimo de Plenti por varios años, de acuerdo a una fuente cercana. Si bien el álbum fue grabado recientemente, algunas de las canciones fueron escritas hace más de diez años.
