Biografía:
Joaquín Rafael Phoenix nació en San Juan, Puerto Rico, el 28 de octubre de 1974, previamente conocido con el nombre Leaf Phoenix. Joaquin Phoenix actor estadounidense que ha obtenido dos nominaciones al Oscar, y ganado un Globo de Oro y un Grammy.
Pese a haber crecido a la sombra de su desaparecido hermano, River Phoenix, ha demostrado que es un actor notable.
En 2005 llegó su papel de una leyenda del country en la película Walk the line junto a Reese Witherspoon, como Johnny Cash y June Carter, la esposa de este.
