Eric Reed Boucher (17 de junio de 1958), más conocido por su nombre artístico Jello Biafra, es un músico, artista de spoken word y miembro activo del Partido Verde de los Estados Unidos. Su significativa carrera iniciada en 1979 como vocalista y compositor de la banda Dead Kennedys es lo que le ha marcado como una figura crucial en la escena punk de principios de los 80. Ademas es el fundador del emblemático sello discográfico independiente Alternative Tentacles.
