Biografía:
Nació en Kingston, Ontario, Canadá . El 31 de mayo de 1963.
Dillon era el cantante principal de la banda de Rock The Headstone, desde 1987 hasta del 2003. Luego de separarse de la banda, formo Redemption Choir y en el 2009 lanzo un disco como solista titulado Trabaja bien con otros. Es compositor de varias canciones.
Dillon y el resto de las Lápidas reformaron la banda en 2011.
