Great White es una banda norteamericana de hard rock formada en Los Ángeles, California, que ganó popularidad en los ochentas y comienzos de los noventas. La banda obtuvo bastante rotación de sus vídeos en el canal MTV, especialmente la canción "Once Bitten, Twice Shy", del álbum Twice Shy de 1989, pero como la mayoría de bandas del género, empezaron a decaer luego de la estampida grunge, con bandas como Nirvana y Pearl Jam, en las que se centró la atención de los fanáticos y las emisoras.
