This is how I play the song. Lyrics are my own guesses!
Suggestions and corrections welcome.

[Intro]

D Em G A A x2

[Verse 1]

D Em
And row me in felt, and row in fat
G A
And row me, oh, into the banks of my sweet Burmese laugh
D Em
Row me into the snow, and sing to me of your choir
G A
Sing to me the key to your aeroplane's fire
D Em
Well, I once was a Nazi, but every man has his fill
G A
In the light of the concrete station your doctors eat pills

G A D
And some men do nations, and some men will lie
G D Bm
And some men are nations, and nations shall lie

[Chorus]

A
This is a song for a wild cat

[Verse 2]

D Em
And row me in felt, and row in fat
G A
And row me, oh, into the banks of my sweet Burmese laugh
D Em
A man shot in the hand from indiscreet fire
G A
Fire burns the bones, and I emerge under a tire
D Em
Oh, find me a wolf, and capture me a dog
G A
And you float me to the New York on the back of a log
D Em
Well my notebooks were blue as your peacocks were blue
G A
Walk with me in the mazes to the old Berlin Zoo

G A D
And some men do nations, and some men will lie
G D Bm
And some men are nations, and nations shall lie

[Chorus]

A A Bm
This is a song for a wild cat
A A Bm
This is a song for a wild cat

[Bridge]

Bm Em
And your face in the sun, digging a road yet undone
F# G
Well palm sweats and jobs help you to be alone in the do
Bm Em F#
And your face in the morning, unfurled as a sailor's last warning
G Bm
"Get out of this port, for the neighbor's are lookin for you!"
Bm Em F#
And the night is forlorn, and a sail, oh, is born in clues
G Bm
"Get out of this port, for the neighbor's are there for you!"

[Chorus]

A A Bm
This is a song for a wild cat
A A Bm
This is a song for a wild cat
A A Bm
This is a song for a wild cat
A A Bm
This is a song for a wild cat

[Outro]

Bm D A A x4
