Biografía:
El origen del grupo se remonta a 1959 y en sus comienzos se hacían llamar The Primettes, eran cuatro chicas que hacían los coros al grupo masculino The Primes que con el tiempo serían conocidos como The Temptations.
The Supremes estaba compuesto por Diana Ross, Florence Ballard y Mary Wilson, todas ellas eran de Detroit y eran las reinas del Soul con estilo femenino de los años 60, empezaron trabajando juntas en los años 50 y firmaron un contrato con la Tamla Motown en 1961
