Common (conocido primeramente como Common Sense y nacido como Lonnie Rashid Lynn, Jr. nacido el 13 de marzo de 1972 en Chicago, Illinois) es un rapero afroamericano también actor célebre en el mundo del rap por sus letras, enfocadas más al amor y la espiritualidad que al dinero, la fama o las mujeres. Mucha gente puede describirlo como un artista de hip-hop "verdadero", autor de auténticas canciones que de verdad envían un mensaje.
