Jessica Charlotte Poland (15 de enero de 1988), mejor conocida por su nombre artístico Charlotte Sometimes, es una cantautora estadounidense.
Charlotte fue adoptada por sus padres, Hartson y Trazy Poland, cuando era un bebé. Conoció a su madre biológica cuando tenía 13 años. Ha vivido en Wall Township (Nueva Jersey) durante toda su vida.
Escogió su nombre artístico de un libro para niños, Charlotte Sometimes, escrita en 1969 por Penelope Farmer
