Biografía:
Camel es una banda británica de rock progresivo formada en 1971.
Camel fue concebido alrededor de 1964 cuando los hermanos Andrew e Ian Latimer se unieron junto a sus respectivos amigos Alan Butcher y Richard Over para formar The Phantom Four. En 1969, Andrew organiza The Brew junto con Doug Ferguson en el bajo y con Andy Ward en la batería. Para diciembre de 1971, Camel está formalmente compuesto por Peter Bardens (teclados), Doug Ferguson (bajo), Andy Ward (batería, percusiones) y Andrew Latimer (guitarra, voz)".
