Existen al menos 2 bandas llamadas Blue Angel:
1) Blue Angel fue la banda que presentó a Cyndi Lauper antes de que se convirtiera en una solista exitosa. La banda también estaba integrada por John Turi en el teclado y saxofón, Arthur "Rockin' A" Neilson en la guitarra, Lee Bovitz en el bajo y Johnny Morelli en la batería. El ingeniero de sonido era Patrick P. Norton. Lauper y Turi escribieron todo su material, y el grupo también realizó covers, como "I'm Gonna Be Strong" de Mann/Weil's (que después Lauper la grabaría de nuevo en 1994).
