Biografía:
Black Lungs es el proyecto paralelo de Wade MacNeil, guitarrista y también vocalista de Alexisonfire; donde deja de lado las influencias Post-Hardcore de su banda principal para centrarse en un sonido más relajado y experimental,con la inclusión de instrumentos como el piano.
Los otros componentes son Liam Cormier (vocalista de Cancer Bats) en la batería y George Pettit (vocalista principal de Alexisonfire) de Alexisonfire al bajo, lo que hace que todo quede en familia.
Su album de debut 'Send Flowers' vió la luz en Agosto de 2008.
