Biografía:
Beachwood Sparks, formados en Los Angeles a mediados de 1998 por el cantante y guitarrista Chris Gunst, slide guitar y teclista Dave Scher, el bajista Rademaker y el bateria de Lilys Aaron Sperske.
Inspirados en los grupos de country rock de la costa oeste de EEUU como the Byrds, the Flying Burrito Brothers y Buffalo Springfield, el grupo edito singles como "Desert Skies" y "Midsummer Daydream" antes de su debut de título homónimo en la primavera de 2000. (Allmusic.com)
