1966: Los inicios [editar]
A principios de los años sesenta, los futuros integrantes de Barclay James Harvest se iniciaban en la música en bandas de rythm and blues de Oldham: John Lees y Stuart "Wooly" Wolstenholme en The Blues Keepers, y Les Holroyd y Mel Pritchard en Heart and Soul and the Wickeds.
