Biografía:
Glen Hansard, nacido el 21 de abril de 1970 en Dublín (Irlanda), dejó la escuela a la temprana edad de 13 años para buscarse la vida tocando en las calles de Dublín.
La primera vez que se dio a conocer entre el público fue como el guitarrista Outsapn Foster en la película The Commitments. En 2003 presentó el programa de televisión de la RTÉ, Other Voices: Songs from a Room.
