Jermaine Lamarr Cole (nacido el 28 de enero de 1985), más conocido por su nombre artístico J. Cole, es un cantante y productor de hip hop estadounidense. Criado en Fayetteville, Carolina del Norte, Cole inicialmente ganó reconocimiento como rapero tras el lanzamiento de su primer mixtape, The Come Up, a principios de 2007. Con la intención de seguir una carrera en solitario como rapero, lanzó dos mixtapes adicionales después firmando para la marca Roc Nation de Jay Z en 2009.
