Biografía:
Japandroids (a veces escrito JPNDRDS) es una banda de garage rock proveniente de Vancouver, Canadá en el año 2006. Conformada por Brian King en la guitarra y David Prowse en la batería. Durante los primeros años discutieron la idea de tener un tercer integrante para las labores de vocalista, pero finalmente la asumieron de forma compartida.
King y Prowse se conocieron en la Universidad de Victoria donde estudiaban ciencia y antropología respectivamente.
