James Newell Osterberg, Jr., más conocido por su nombre artístico, Iggy Pop, nació en Muskegon, Michigan el 21 de abril de 1947. Es un cantante estadounidense de punk rock. Pese a tener un éxito comercial limitado es considerado uno de los mayores innovadores en el punk rock y estilos relacionados.
