Es una compositora nacida en Marruecos, con residencia en Francia. Esta cantautora influida por su descendencia compone tanto en su lengua materna ‘tamazight’, como en inglés, creando con armonía cada una de sus piezas musicales.
Tiene como referentes a vocalistas como la egipcia Umm Kalzum y la argelina Cheikha Remitti, de igual modo al senegalés Ismaël Lo. Es así como crea su propio estilo, definiéndolo como un cuscús o una paella
