[Chords]
Csus2: 033010
C7: 030010

[Note: When you're transitioning from C or C7 to Csus2, hammer on the D string with your

[Intro]
C Csus2 Am G

[Verse 1]
C Csus2
At what point did you think this was a good idea
Am G
Breaking all your branches to hide your fear
Am
Falling through the trees
Csus2
You paralyze your dreams
C
While faking every scene
G
Screaming out your white lies
Am
The damage has been done
Csus2
And I'm afraid you haven't won
C
So come out with your hands up
G
Your children are too young
G
Your children are too young

[Chorus]
C C7
Each and Everytime, I close my eyes
Csus2 G
I see these empty lies taking over
C C7
Each and Everytime, I close my eyes
Csus2 G
I see these empty lies taking over

[Break]
C Csus2 Am G

[Verse 2]
C
Where are all your friends?
Csus2
Who's going to save you now?
Am
Your bravery's gone and left you
G
But you ask how
Am
You gotten to be here
Csus2
You're fighting back the tears
C
Making wrong decisions
G
Wasting all these years
Am
Pointing all the signs
Csus2
To where excuses lie
C
Taking every short cut
G
Denying every crime
G
Denying every crime

[Chorus]
C C7
Each and Everytime, I close my eyes
Csus2 G
I see these empty lies taking over
C C7
Each and Everytime, I close my eyes
Csus2 G
I see these empty lies taking over

[Bridge]
Am
Taking over
Csus2
Taking over
C
Taking over
G
Taking over x2

G

[Chorus]
C C7
Each and Everytime, I close my eyes
Csus2 G
I see these empty lies taking over
C C7
Each and Everytime, I close my eyes
Csus2 G
I see these empty lies taking over

C C7
Each and Everytime, I close my eyes
