Flo Rida (pronunciación: flow-rai-dah) es un rapero afroamericano nacido el 16 de diciembre de 1979 en Opa-Locka, Florida, con el nombre de Tramar Dillard. Eligió el nombre artístico de "Flo Rida" debido a su procedencia y su estilo de rap. Debutó con la canción "Bitch I'm From Dade County" del álbum We the Best de DJ Khaled.
