Biografía:
Buzzcocks es una banda de punk rock británico, cuya combinación de energía instrumental, agresividad rítmica, cinismo lírico y querencia por la buena melodía pop colocaron a los Buzzcocks como uno de los primeros combos punk-pop de la historia (junto a los Ramones). Fueron influenciados tanto por los Sex Pistols como por Velvet Underground, los Who, Stooges, Troggs (a quienes versionaron “I can’t control myself”) o el garage y el beat de los años 60.
