Biografía:
Bob Carlisle nació en Los Ángeles, California en 1956. A la edad de siete años Bob comenzó a tomar clases particulares de guitarra despues de que su padre le regalara una Montgomery Wards en su séptimo cumpleaños.
Segun Bob Carlisle su padre fue la influencia espiritual más grande que ha conocido ni conocerá nunca.
Bob fue introducido a la música cristiana en los años 70 durante la época del "Movimiento de Jesús" en el sur de California
