Biografía:
Cuarteto de Estados Unidos que viene haciendo música desde el 2002 y realizan, según ellos, "flower punk". En sus años de trabajo han lanzado una serie de discos, EPs y hasta un disco en vivo titulado 'Los Valientes del Mundo Nuevo' grabado en Tijuana.
El debut inglés de The Black Lips se llama Good Bad, Not Evil, editado por Vice Records en sep 2007
El título está inspirado en la canción de Shangri-Las "Walk Right Up To Him (Give Him A Great Big Kiss)"-
