Biografía:
Anthrax es una banda estadounidense de thrash metal. Fundada en el año 1981, junto a Metallica, Megadeth y Slayer, son calificados habitualmente por la crítica especializada como "Los Cuatro Grandes" del thrash metal.
Los inicios (1981-1986)
Anthrax fue creado a principios de los ochenta por el guitarrista Scott Ian, el batería Charlie Benante, el bajista Dan Lilker, el guitarrista Dan Spitz y el cantante Neil Turbin. Después de firmar con Megaforce Records, lanzaron su primer LP, Fistful Of Metal, en 1984, un debut no muy exitoso.
