Antemasque es un nuevo grupo formado por Cedric Bixler-Zavala (voz) y Omar Rodriguez-Lopez (guitarra) de The Mars Volta, junto con Flea (bajo) y Dave Elitch (batería).
En palabras de su ingeniero de sonido, Matt Bittman, este proyecto es lo mejor que Bixler-Zavala y Rodriguez-Lopez alguna vez hicieron, y lo nombra como la evolución musical: ATDI -> TMV -> AnteMasque.

This is my favourite track from Antimasque's self-title debut album. Song's harmonic

straightforward, but Omar plays chord variations is the song to make it sound dynamic,
