Annihilator es un grupo de thrash metal de Canadá.
Historia
1984-1985
Ottawa, Canada. Jeff Waters conoce a John Bates, cantante y letrista. Bates y algunos de sus amigos introducen Waters hacia la música más heavy (Slayer, Venom, Metallica, Exodus...) ya que Jeff solía escuchar (ACDC, Kiss, Priest, Maiden, Van Halen...). Bates y Waters graban la canción "Annihilator" (no es la misma canción que aparece en el disco King of the Kill) en un estudio local con Waters tocando todos los instrumentos, incluyendo la batería.
