Andrew Belle, nascido no dia 26 de agosto de 1984 é um músico americano nascido em Chicago, Estados Unidos. Se mudou para Nashville, fazendo parte do aclamado grupo Ten out of Tenn, projeto que reuniu dez artistas com carreiras promissoras no cenário alternativo de Nashville. Atualmente reside em Chicago.
Andrew cresceu escutando bandas como Third Eye Blind, Counting Crows e The Verve Pipe, e tem essas bandas como inspiradoras musicalmente. Começou sua carreira como cantor no final do seu tempo na Taylor University em Upland, Indiana.
