Biografía:
Jenny Amanda Katarina Bengtsson ó Amanda Jenssen, nació el 12 de septiembre de 1988 en Lund, Suecia.
Se dió a conocer en su país natal, gracias a la séptima edición del concurso ''Idol '' del canal 4, perteneciente a la televisión pública sueca.
En los casting celebrados en Malmö, para entrar a ''Idol'', Amanda cantó una canción de Elvis Presley ''That's allright mama''
Quedó primera finalista, por detrás de Marie Picasso.
