Biografía:
Albert Hammond Jr., músico estadounidense, nacido el 9 de abril de 1980 en Los Ángeles, California, hijo del compositor Albert Hammond. Claudia, su madre, es Argentina.
Desde 1998 es miembro activo de la banda newyorkina de rock, The Strokes, como compositor, guitarrista rítmico y guitarrista principal. The Strokes ha sido su primera banda.
Vivió hasta 1993 en Los Ángeles, año en que fue enviado por su familia al prestigioso internado suizo Institut Le Rosey, donde conoció a Julian Casablancas.
