Biografía:
999 se formó en Londres (Gran Bretaña) el 5 de diciembre de 1976, dentro del movimiento punk cuando Nick Cash (voz y guitarras) y Guy Days (guitarra solista, voces), que iban juntos al instituto, decidieron formar una banda, que se completó con Pablo Labritain (batería) y Jon Watson (bajo). El interés por el grupo creció rápidamente, dando su primer concierto en el Northampton Cricket Club in enero del 1977 al que siguieron conciertos por todo Londres primero y más tarde por el resto del país y fuera de el.
