Victoria Loren Kelly (Wildomar, California, 14 de diciembre de 1992), conocida por su nombre artístico Tori Kelly, es una cantante y compositora estadounidense. Tori Kelly fue conocida gracias a su canal de Youtube en cual desde su habitación hacía covers de canciones muy conocidas. Una de esas covers, Thinkin Bout You de Frank Ocean, consiguió más de 24 millones de visitas, lo que llamó la atención de la discográfica Capitol Records. En 2012, hizo su primer álbum llamado Handmade Songs by Tori Kelly.
