Biografía:
Will Oldham nació en Louisville (Kentucky) el 24 de diciembre de 1970. Durante sus primeros años como intérprete se ganó un gran prestigio según iba editando discos de folk esquelético e innovador, firmados como Palace Brothers, Palace Music o Palace Songs. Poco a poco se fue forjando la leyenda de su propio personaje, por su comportamiento enigmático de cara a la prensa, y por la anécdota de haber tomado la fotografía de la cubierta del "Spiderland" de Slint.
