Biografía:
"We Shot the Moon", previamente conocidos como "The Honor Roll", son una banda de San Diego (California, USA) liderada por Jonathan Jones, el cantante de "Waking Ashland" y, originalmente, por Dan Koch y Joe Greenetz, ambos de la banda "Sherwood".
La banda se formó cuando "Waking Ashland" desapareció. En julio del 2007 subieron 4 demos a su página de MySpace . En agosto del 2007 cambiaron su nombre "The Honor Roll" al de "We Shot the Moon" y redireccionaron las canciones y el resto del contenido a su nueva página de MySpace, http://www.
