The Veils, en su breve carrera hasta la fecha, han renovado la plantilla -con la excepción de Andrews- al completo desde que se formaron en Londres en 2001.
Finn Andrews pertenece por cuna a la aristocracia del pop británico, ya que es hijo del primer teclista de los nunca suficientemente valorados XTC, Barry Andrews. Circunstancia que Finn ha aprovechado perfectamente, convirtiendo a su padre en el filtro de calidad de sus composiciones y confesando que él es siempre la primera persona que escucha sus canciones.
