Biografía:
El grupo dublinés de indie rock The Thrills lo formaron en 1996 Conor Deasy (voz principal), Daniel Ryan (guitarra), Padraic McMahon (bajo), Kevin Horan (piano) y Ben Carrigan (batería). Quizá atípicos como chicos irlandeses, el quinteto estaba influenciado por Neil Young, The Beach Boys y The Monkees. En 2003 The Thrills editaron el álbum de debut ”So Much for the City“, con temas tan significativos como ”Santa Cruz“ y ”Big Sur“.
